2. Course Enrollment 2.1. To enroll in the AI course, you must complete the registration process and pay the full course fee. 2.2. We reserve the right to accept or decline any enrollment at our discretion.

3. Course Fees 3.1. Payment must be made in full before access to the course materials is granted. 3.2. Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in Section 4.

4. Refund Policy 4.1. You may request a refund within 3 days of your purchase if you have not accessed any course materials. No refunds will be issued after this period. 4.2. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email address]. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

5. Course Access and Materials 5.1. Upon successful enrollment, you will receive access to the course materials, which may include videos, presentations, PDFs, and other resources. 5.2. Course materials are provided for your personal use only. Unauthorized sharing, copying, or distribution of course materials is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability 9.1. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from your participation in the course. 9.2. Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to the course is limited to the amount of the course fee paid.

10. Changes to the Course 10.1. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the course or any part of it at any time without notice. 10.2. If the course is discontinued, you will be entitled to a pro-rated refund based on the amount of course content accessed.

11. Governing Law 11.1. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. 11.2. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be resolved in the courts of the UAE.
